- AI normalization engine — Multi-pass LLM pipeline that processes unstructured supplier data at scale. Tiered model routing, Claude API, live in production. Built this while co-founding Etours Labs.
- $133k AUD — Revenue from a click-and-collect service I helped ship at Westfield during Covid. In a pandemic. No pressure.
- 350k+ SKUs — Products live on the Westfield Direct marketplace I helped build and launch. Order management system processed $800k AUD/month. All on the same platform. All real.
- 3 companies co-founded — Etours, STMI Mediatech, Smitcore. I apparently can't stop building things.

16 years shipping real products across e-commerce, marketplaces, booking engines, and automation systems for clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. I recently finished a Masters in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management, part of a longer education journey.
Everything I build is measured by customer and commercial value. I think like a founder because I am one. I don't just write code, I understand what's behind the ticket.
I build through two companies, Etours Labs and Smitcore Software, where projects come to life as SaaS products or for-hire contract work.
